Details
As a nerve-calming tea taken in preparation to giving birth, as well as to facilitate the birthing process. Begin drinking it 6-8 weeks before giving birth.
Ingredients
Radix Valerianae, Herba Millefolii, Flos Chamomillae vulg., Folium Plantaginis, Folium Menthae piperita
Preparation
For 1 cup (150 ml) take 2 level spoonful of herbs and pour over boiling water. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drink the infusion warm and unsweetened.
If possible we'd suggest to prepare the infusion as follows: Add 1spoonful of lineseeds (coursley or ground) into the already cooled down infusion and leave to stand covered during the day/night. In the evening/morning warm the blend again without boiling and drink or spoon up the mixture. Prepare every cup fresh daily.
