Ingredients
dandelion herb and root*, lemon grass*, nettle*, green oat herb*, rosehip*, ginger root*, birch leaf*, burdock root* *from organic farming
Preparation
1 teabag for 1-2 cups (250 ml). Pour over boiling water and leave to stand for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For 1 liter of Infusion 2-3 teabags are sufficient.
