Preparation
1 teabag for 1-2 cups (250 ml). Pour over boiling water and leave to stand for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For 1 liter of Infusion 2-3 teabags are sufficient.

Tut einfach nur gut und ist gut im Geschmack
In arbeitsintensiven Zeiten mit viel Hektik trinke ich den Tee sehr gerne, aber auch, um mir nach einem arbeitsreichen Tag etwas zu gönnen. Wenn ich die ersten Anzeichen von innerlicher Unruhe oder gar Unausgeglichenheit spüre, trinke ich den Tee und ich habe das Gefühl, dass er wirkt. Was auch immer es ist, die Wirkung zählt. Er ist leicht und geschmacklich sehr gut abgestimmt. Einfach köstlich.
