Preparation
1 teabag for 1-2 cups (250 ml). Pour over boiling water and leave to stand for 2-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Leave to cool to a temperature that is safe for your baby. Depending on the age of your baby give 20 – 100 ml per day throughout the day. The rest of the tea will also do mum good.
